Ukraine, Germany, Russia and Belarus will remove a feature film about the Chernobyl disaster. The film, entitled "On Saturday" lift the famous Russian writer and director Alexander Mindadze. In the story, the protagonist of the painting becomes an unwitting witness to the disaster at Chernobyl. By chance he discovers the truth about the tragedy and faces a moral choice: to save people or to obey orders from above and not to sow panic. "It is an eternal story of how a person tries to survive in circumstances offered to him. I hope that the film tells of the unexpected strength of detail, suddenly fascinating everyday routine, vivid colors of life, they appear in a moment of mortal danger. In this sense, it is optimistic, with all drama of the circumstances, - said Alexander Mindadze. According to him, the film will be targeted towards people who have not forgotten how to empathize with human grief. The main part of the international film crew has already been formed: the operator - Romanians Oleg Mutu, artist - Russian Denis Bauer, sound - Belarusian Vladimir Golovnitsky.
