Adaptation of Victor Pelevin's "Generation P" - one of the main "protracted" contemporary Russian cinema. But distributors, finally, give an exact release date for the film: April 7, 2011. Filming began painting in 2006 and lasted three years, and Prime Minister postponed several times. Many fans of the novel had already lost faith in what they see his first incarnation on the screen, but the creators did not disappoint, and the precious hour is approaching. Novel "Generation P", considered one of the landmark works of modern Russian literature, was published in 1999 and has since been reprinted many times, both in this country and abroad. The protagonist of the book (and eponymous film) - a former student of Literary Institute Vavilov Tatar (Vladimir Yepifantsev), a representative of the Pepsi Generation "awards in sales, and after discovering endless possibilities advertising business. Director and writer of the picture Victor Ginzburg, music video and advertising director, later to take video art and underground art, acknowledged that his fate is in some way similar to the fate of the Tatar. The main roles were invited Mikhail Efremov, Renata Litvinova, Andrei Panin, Andrei Fomin, Alexander Gordon, Ivan Okhlobystin, Leonid Parfenov, the late Roman Trachtenberg and many other actors and media personalities.
