The film employed Svetlana Ivanova, Maxim Matveev, Yegor Beroev, Alexei Guskov and Gosha Kutsenko. The shooting took place in Moscow (the main character, played by Ivanov - Ksenia from Moscow), Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The film's budget amounted to U.S. $ 16 million. The film was recognized as a socially significant project and, therefore, has received financial support from the Federal Fund for social and economic support to the domestic film industry.
